Om restaurants in Shanghai te openen, hebt u twee opties:

1. Vestig een geheel buitenlands bezeten richtend beheersbedrijf.
2. Open eenvoudig een restaurant

Als u in Shanghai wilt een concessie verlenen aan of van plan zijn uw restaurants in de toekomst te verkopen, zou optie 1 voor u geschikt zijn, of u kunt een restaurant eenvoudig openen. U moet geen ruimte in een bureaublok huren om het gevestigde bedrijf van het cateringsbeheer te hebben. Voor vestiging volstaat een bedrijf van het cateringsbeheer, een geschikte plaats voor het openen van een restaurant. Zodra het heeft gevestigd, kunt u beginnen om restaurants, staven of koffiehuizen als zijn takbedrijven te openen. One of the senior partners of my consultancy Silk Road Advisors is a Chinese Lawyer. Ms. Zhang is certified to practice law in China, not in the States. She typically takes on corporate cases that Western international law firms gain on behalf of their Western clients, but for whom the practice can only do so much in moving agreements through government channels.
