Una differenza importante nelle pratiche di affari fra la Cina e molti paesi occidentali è il valore che le corti ed i funzionari danno al bollo (in Cina citata spesso come “il taglio„ o guarnizione). Introduciamo le regole e ci esercitiamo in ed alcuni suggerimenti su come controllare il vostro rischio.
Per molte aziende occidentali, la firma del relativo rappresentante legale è l'ultimo contrassegno di autorità. Non così in Cina. Poiché la firma del rappresentante è registrata raramente, il valore del bollo dell'azienda è ben più grande. Ogni azienda in Cina, dopo che sia stabilito, farà e registrerà il relativo bollo dell'azienda con le autorità locali (in questo caso l'ufficio pubblico di sicurezza). Verso i terzi, questa azienda che bollo rappresenta l'azienda, quindi che documenta sopportare questo bollo generalmente sarà legale e grippaggio su quell'azienda - se quel documento sopporta una firma oppure no! Benchè questa dichiarazione sembri contraddire molti libri sul fare il commercio in Cina, questa dichiarazione non sta riferendosi “a familiarizzazione con calma rituali„ o a maneggiare le edizioni di amministrazione operative. Informal meetings and endless banquettes are considered by many Western businessmen as a waste of time. They prefer to ‘cut the crap and do business before flying back home.
