I have been asked many times if Credit and Debit cards can be used in China. لقد طلب مني عدة مرات اذا كانت بطاقات الائتمان والخصم يمكن أن تستخدم في الصين. The simple answer is YES, in most cities. الاجابه البسيطة هي نعم ، في معظم المدن. Hongkong should be no problem, Shanghai and Beijing also should not pose too many problems. هونغ كونغ ينبغي ان تكون هناك مشكلة ، وشانغهاي وبكين أيضا ينبغى الا تسبب مشاكل كثيرة. Nanning, Guangzhou and similar cities also should be OK. نانج ، وقوانغتشو ومدن مماثلة أيضا ينبغي ان يكون موافق.

Tips…although your card will be chip and pin you will in nearly all cases be asked to “sign for” do not let it out of your sight. … على الرغم من نصائح بطاقتك سيتم رقاقة ويعلقون عليك في جميع الحالات تقريبا ان يطلب الى "علامة" لا تدع من منطلق الخاص بك الافق.

They can be used in the majority of the larger hotels, but not all cards will be accepted, in my experience VISA appears to be the most readily recognised and accepted. انها يمكن ان تستخدم في معظم الفنادق الكبيرة ، ولكن ليس كل البطاقات سيكون مقبولا ، في تجربتي على تأشيرة ويبدو ان معظم بسهولة معترف بها ومقبولة. Before you leave for China, notify your bank (for Debit card) and the credit card company that you will be in China on the given dates, they will then flag up your account and you should not have to many issues. قبل ان تغادر الى الصين وابلاغ البنك الذي تتعامل معه (لبطاقه الصراف الآلي وبطاقات الائتمان الشركة ان تكونوا في الصين على وبالنظر الى تواريخ ، ويتوجهون بعد ذلك حتى علم حسابك وانك لست مضطرا الى كثير من القضايا. You may also still find after your first attempt at using either they will still be declined with the message “refer to provider”. يمكنك ايضا ما زالت تجد الخاص بك بعد اول محاولة لاستخدام اما انها ستظل انخفضت مع الرسالة "تشير الى تقدم". Do not panic just phone your Bank or card company at your earliest. لا تقلق فقط الهاتف او بطاقه البنك الذي تتعامل معه الشركة في اقرب فرصة مناسبة لك. Tips…So always carry your card and bank contact phone numbers with you and also the numbers to report lost or stolen card. نصائح دائما… حتى تحمل بطاقتك المصرفية وأرقام الهاتف للاتصال معكم وايضا الاعداد لتقرير البطاقه المفقودة او المسروقه. In the 6 months I have been in Shanghai I have seen and heard many interesting things. في 6 أشهر انا في شنغهاي لقد شاهدت واستمعت الى العديد من الاشياء. This time a short story about buying power. هذه المرة قصة قصيرة عن القوة الشراءيه.

This week I was talking to a young guy who’s girlfriend is doing a study in the UK. هذا الاسبوع الأول كان يتحدث الى رجل شاب من يقوم به صديقه للدراسة في المملكه المتحدة. When I asked if he would visit her in the UK he answered negative. وحين سألت اذا كان من شأنه ان زيارتها في المملكه المتحدة ، فأجاب بالنفي. He has possibilities to do, but refuse to because he is supposed to use this time for himself to increase his buying power…. لديه امكانيات ان افعله ، لكني رفضت لانه من المفترض ان استخدام هذا الوقت لنفسه لزيادة القوة الشراءيه له…. When his girlfriend comes back he will get engaged with her and what is a future husband without enough buying power…. صديقته عندما تعود سوف يحصل على وتشارك معها في المستقبل ما هو الزوج دون ما يكفي من القوة الشراءيه…. I have seen it before where a young guy quit his job because his girlfriend and family thought the job was not good enough for him to built up a successful career and thus to support his future wife financially. لقد رأيت فيها من قبل رجل شاب ترك وظيفته بسبب صديقته الاسرة والفكر والعمل ليس كافيا بالنسبة له لوضع اسس النجاح وبالتالي لدعم جهوده في المستقبل الزوجه ماليا.
