Además de la tragedia humana, ha habido siempre cierta ironía en el hecho de que el sistema comunista nunca ha podido alcanzar su meta principal: para traer prosperidad a las masas.

Más específicamente en China, allí primero donde los granjeros que lo hicieron no beneficiado particularmente de la revolución que fue emprendida en su nombre. Y ahora, mucho al chagrin uno de Beijing se imagina, un escándalo después de que otro con respecto al maltrato de trabajadores golpee el circuito internacional de la prensa.

Pero, la ayuda está en curso. Comenzando el 1 de enero de 2008, la nueva ley del contrato de trabajo vendrá en vigor en China. Tiene asombrosamente muchas características del sistema holandés que dará lugar a un cierto alarmar entre patrones al corriente del sistema holandés. Mientras que las compañías BRITÁNICAS intentan aprovecharse de China que crece comercial la prominencia, reclutando y guardando a empleados se está convirtiendo en más de una edición; particularmente con el aumento en CVs forjado y diplomas.

Las historias en la prensa hacen la lectura bastante espantosa. China Daily hizo una prueba y descubrió eso fuera de 3.000 diplomas, 800 había sido forjado. También reveló que una Harvard PhD se puede comprar para tan poco como $100.

The recent series of high-profile labor events has thrown a spotlight on the protection of workers’ rights in China.

Several foreign multinationals, including FoxConn, McDonald’s and Yum! Brands Inc - which owns the KFC brand, had been investigated for providing poor working conditions, underpaying their part-time workers and engaging in other unfair labor practices. The rescue of slave workers from the brick kilns and mines in Henan and Shanxi provinces had also made headlines in many local and international news media.
