La comunicazione in tutta la società, coltura, organizzazione, famiglia, o rapporto è sempre un fattore chiave. La maggior parte dei conflitti hanno potuto essere evitati con la buona comunicazione. La comunicazione è semplicemente che la ricevente sente e capisce il messaggio dal mittente.

Sempre mi ero considerato un buon trasmettitore grazioso, fino a che non andassi in Cina. Ho avuto problemi in due zone.

L'effetto generale di queste influenze è stato di limitare l'individualità ed il desiderio discutere ed infondere un'identità del gruppo e un desiderio per armonia…

It’s 7.40am in London and I thought I’d do a post before heading out for the day, so here goes.

The Chinese have an expansive view of time, seeing themselves as part of the continuum of history with less emphasis on the present. It is only through the passing of time that an individual or business can prove trustworthy. Hence the importance and patience of guanxi. They certainly plan, but it is for the long term.
