What is the current status of R&D in Electro-Optics and/or Nanotechnology in China?

August 28th, 2008  by China Business Success Stories

Hello,

Would like to learn if there are any sources who can provide an indication of the R&D status of Electro-Optics and/or Nanotechnology in China. We’re conducting research on these emerging sectors and would appreciate thoughts, comments, etc.

Best regards,

Al Scott, Principal

Al, as a US company, I highly recommend you contact the US Commercial service and ask for their current reports on the sector. You may not get all the information you may need, but it will be a very thorough and substantive starting point.

MEDTEC China // Sept 9-11, Shanghai
At MEDTEC China, you will have the opportunity to see and explore the latest advances in medical grade materials; components; electronics; assembly, production, and processing machinery; manufacturing technologies; and support services from around the globe including major suppliers from the USA, Europe, Asia, and other key centers of medical manufacturing, including China’s own growing base of suppliers.

Make sure you get someone who can read the Chinese pages. The English sections are effectively samples only; they have much less information than the Chinese pages.
