China Certified Accountant 중국 공인 회계사
We intend to set up a WFOE in Shanghai. 상하이에서 우리가 목적을 설정하는 wfoe합니다. We have been advised that we are required by the China government (tax bureau) to employ a China certified accountant (a person with an accountant certificate) who has more than three years’ experience in accounting work. 우리는 우리가 필요로하는 중국 정부의 통보 (세금 국)를 채택하는 중국 공인 회계사 (인 회계사 증명서) 사람은 3 년 이상의 경험에서 회계 일을합니다.
We have been advised that the China accountant DOES NOT have to be a China CPA-qualified accountant and also that China accounting, taxation and foreign exchange control systems are quite complex. 우리는 중국에 통보 중국 회계사하지 않아도됩니다도는 중국 공인 회계사 - 공인 회계사 회계, 조세 및 외환 통제 시스템은 매우 복잡합니다.
