Chinese Government Tenders
We would like to learn the process (and difficulty) of bidding on Chinese governmental tenders.
We can only assume that other foreign firms are already involved in this endeavor. We are a U.S. based Advisory Firm specializing in the NanoBiotech / Biotechnology sectors, and as part of continuing outreach efforts, we are interested in Chinese government contracts for management / technological advisory services.
Currently we know of one clearinghouse - BidLink, Ltd, which specialize in making all available tenders public.
Any thoughts are welcomed.
Best regards,
Al Scott

Hi Scott:
I have experience Participate in the tender . the programms are equipment bid . It is not very dificult to follow the step . First of all , If you got the information when the bid will be held ,you should to buy the bidding instruction sheet first .most of the bidding insturction sheet write both in Chinese and English . then you can find out the step there and do the paper work as instuction show .the paperwork would be done as the same form not to be changed which is show the biding price , products list ,technical information ,and payment items .when we finish the paper work ,we shoud add the company information to this file .such as Enterprise business license copy ,Offshore companies should offer Bank guarantees .when we prepared all the paperwork we should print out ,Binding and stamping Comany chop .a hermetic seal is used to seal the paper file which will hand over to the bidding department on the bid openning day . and also need to prepare the Tender margin on the bid openning day .
I am not sure I describled clearly forgive my poor English .if you have any question I can answerfor you please contact withme . thanks Lucy
