    Thanks for your comprehensive article on IPR in China.

    I was recently informed by one of my customers in Guangzhou, that a former employee had started running his own business and using my company’s IP with only the slightest modifications. Incredibly this former employee even uploaded this material to http://www.wiziq.com for all to see (and record).

    In reaction to Morry’s post, I have had similar issues with a small Danish company using our sales proposals, presentations, job ads with only minor modifications (to the point that it did not make sense – it was clearly not their company’s material). In the copycat job ads they even copy the bit about our company’s ethics… This shameless cut/paste was the work of local employees, but their HQ doesnt seem to care much… In the end it reflects badly on them, but still…
