Bleh bleh bleh Chinese employee don’t behave like Western employees. bleh bleh bleh中国雇员的行为不一样,西方雇员。 Instead of expecting your big environment to change, everyone to change, educational system to change etc etc, how about management and managers themselves adapt to the Chinese employees?而不是期待着您的大环境改变,大家要改变,教育系统的改变等等,如何管理和经理人本身的适应,中国雇员?
Japanese, Taiwanese and Koreans have the same style of education and have companies that are globally competitive.日本,台湾和韩国也有同样的作风教育和有公司是全球竞争力。
