Officially it is not allowed to invoice directly in China. رسميا انه لا يسمح للفاتوره مباشرة في الصين. You should always use a import company. وعليك دائما استخدام الاستيراد. Anyway as far as I know you can receive up to 50.000 USD yearly without any questions from the authorities. على اي حال وحسب علمي يمكنك الحصول على ما يصل الى 50،000 دولارا من دولارات الولايات المتحدة سنويا دون اي اسءله من السلطات. But it is a littlebit gray area. وانما هو littlebit المنطقة الرمادية. Also you probably know at least 90% of all the transactions in China are black. أيضا انت تعرف وربما لا يقل عن 90 ٪ من جميع المعاملات التي اجريت في الصين وهما الاسود. Does your customer need a VAT invoice? هل عميلك بحاجة الى ضريبة القيمه المضافه على فاتوره؟
Otherwise it is possible to set up a foreign company in china like a FICE (foreign invested commercial enterprise. الا انه من الممكن انشاء شركة اجنبية فى الصين مثل fice) استثمرت المؤسسات التجارية الاجنبية.

to work in china you need a residents permit and working visa, to get these you need a contract of employment froma chinese company. للعمل فى الصين تحتاج الى تصريح والمقيمين على تأشيرة عمل ، للحصول على هذه تحتاج الى عقد العمل نم الشركة الصينية. thats what you should do…thousands of people flout the law and work here on tourist/business visas thats ما يجب فعله… الآلاف من الناس في ازدراء القانون والعمل هنا سياحيه / التأشيرات التجارية
if you live here legally then you can earn 5000 rmb a month before you pay tax…the comment about receiving 50000 usd maybe refers to limits on remittances from overseas to a personal bank account in china اذا كنت تعيش هنا من الناحية القانونية بعد ذلك يمكنك ان تكسب 5000 يوان شهريا قبل أن تدفع ضريبة… تعليق عن تلقى 50000 دولارا من دولارات الولايات المتحدة ربما يشير الى القيود المفروضة على التحويلات المالية من الخارج الى الحساب المصرفي الشخصي في الصين
if you are going to teach english to individuals and get paid in cash then you can freelance…but recognise you’ll be here working illegally اذا كنت الذهاب الي بتدريس اللغة الانجليزيه للافراد ويتم الدفع نقدا بعد ذلك يمكنك التعرف على حسابهم الخاص… ولكن يمكنك هنا يعملون بطريقة غير قانونيه
