A draft of China’s “Circular Economy” law was submitted for deliberation in August 2007 to the Standing Committee of National People’s Congress (NPC), China’s top legislature. مشروع فى الصين "الاقتصاد التعميم" القانون الذي تم تقديمه للالتداول في اب / اغسطس 2007 الى اللجنة الداءمه للمؤتمر الشعبي الوطني (المجلس الوطني للصحافه) ، الهيءه التشريعيه العليا فى الصين. At that في ذلك time وقت it was expected to take effect in January 2008. وكان من المتوقع ان يبدأ سريانه في كانون الثاني / يناير 2008. It did not. انه لم يقع. It apparently remains, however, on this year’s agenda for the Standing Committee (as noted in a وهو ما يبدو غير انه لا يزال على جدول اعمال هذا العام للجنة الداءمه (كما لوحظ في report تقرير delivered by Wu Bangguo on the work of the Standing Committee to the recently concluded First Session of the 11th NPC). وو الذي ادلى به bangguo عن اعمال اللجنة الداءمه لاختتمت مؤخرا الدورة الأولى للمجلس الشعبي الوطني الحادي عشر).

“Circular Economy” is how China’s definition of sustainability gets translated into English. "التعميم" الاقتصاد فى الصين هو كيفية تعريف الاستدامه يحصل على ترجمتها الى الانكليزيه. The draft law establishes the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle (at least at the industrial level) as legal mandates, and imposes requirements that new industrial facilities (a) incorporate energy efficiency and water conservation designs and (b) explore ways to reduce their use of hazardous substances. Although many of the items covered in the Circular Economy law are already required by the Clean Production Law, the law will help solidify the 3R principles as elements of national policy, and will represent the crowning example of China’s move toward a “sustainable,” process-oriented approach to environmental legislation. مشروع القانون يضع مبادئ الحد ، واعادة الاستخدام ، وإعادة تدوير (على الاقل على المستوى الصناعي) ولايات قانونيه ، ويفرض متطلبات جديدة على ان المنشآت الصناعية (أ) ادماج كفاءه إستخدام الطاقة والمحافظة على المياه والرسوم والنماذج (ب) استكشاف سبل للحد من استخدام المواد الخطره. الرغم من ان العديد من البنود التي ادرجت في قانون الاقتصاد التعميم بالفعل المطلوب من الإنتاج النظيف ، والقانون سيساعد على ترسيخ المبادئ 3R عناصر السياسة الوطنية ، وسوف يمثل تتويجا مثلا في الصين التحرك في اتجاه "المستدامة" عملية النهج الموجه الى التشريعات البيءيه.
