I am currently conducting a search for a Chief Financial Officer. Our client is a $2 Billion bank based in Los Angeles and is a US subsidiary of a large Chinese Bank. واقوم حاليا باجراء بحث لكبير الموظفين الماليين. العملاء لدينا هو 2 مليار دولار في المصرف يعتمد لوس انجليس هي الولايات المتحدة والفرعية للبنك كبير الصينية.

We are looking for a qualified individual to step into this Chief Financial Officer role. ونحن نتطلع للفرد مؤهل لهذه الخطوة الى دور كبير الموظفين الماليين. Here are some of the requirements for this position: وهنا بعض من الاحتياجات لهذا الموقف :
·         At least 15 Years of experience in accounting, economics or related field على الأقل 15 سنة من الخبرة في المحاسبه او الاقتصاد او ميدانيه ذات صلة
·         Leadership experience الخبرة القياديه
·         Preferably a CPA or CFA ويفضل ان يكون اتفاق السلام الشامل او الاتحاد المالي الافريقي
·         Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus اجادة التحدث باللغه الانجليزيه ، هو زائد الأفندي

Will manage the performance of the finance team to insure all accounting, financial reports, and internal control functions are in compliance with accounting policies and procedures as well as regulatory guidelines. وسوف ادارة الاداء من فريق العمل المالى لضمان محاسبة جميع ، والتقارير المالية ، والرقابة الداخلية وظائف في الامتثال للسياسات والاجراءات المحاسبيه وكذلك المبادئ التوجيهيه التنظيمية.
