My Name is Mike Costello and I am an executive recruiter with Worldbridge Partners in New York. I specialize in placing C-Level Executives within the banking industry.
I am currently conducting a search for a Chief Financial Officer. Our client is a $2 Billion bank based in Los Angeles and is a U.S. subsidiary of a large Chinese Bank.
The current CFO is an Expat and is going back to Taiwan.
We are looking for a qualified individual to step into this Chief Financial Officer role. This person would be reporting directly to the president of the bank. This position would be located in Los Angeles (our client will pay for relocation).
Here are some of the requirements for this position:
· At least 15 Years of experience in accounting, economics or related field
· Leadership experience
· Preferably a CPA or CFA
· Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
Here are some of the responsibilities of this position:
Will manage the performance of the finance team to insure all accounting, financial reports, and internal control functions are in compliance with accounting policies and procedures as well as regulatory guidelines.
