What is the best way for me to get local Chinese Oracle Consultants for a project in Hong Kong?
My name is Tony Sherwood, Managing Partner of CyberSearch, Ltd in Chicago, IL USA. Our Direct Client, Oracle Corporation, is looking for a team of 10-20 Oracle Functional Consultants to implement a project for a Global Rollout.
We have currently staffed USA and South America. Asia Pacific is the next roll-out. They will need Oracle Consultants who are specialist in Order Management ( OM ) , Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger ( GL) , Accounts Payable (AP), and Inventory (INV)
As well as LOCALIZATIONS and TAX issues local to China or Japan.
We need people for Hong Kong, China and Tokyo, Japan. The project is 6 months. Must speak both English and Chinese or Japanese.

Hi Tony
We were in a similar dilemma for our HK and China rollout and found some really good guys at vanceinfo.com (NASDAQ listed) based in Shenzhen.
As I write, I’m working alongside some of them here in China on Financials & Distribution modules with a lot of integration with a legacy manufacturing system.
