»Ó¸¸ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó ÀÌ ¹ý·üÀº ¿¡ ÀÇÇÏ¿© ´ë·« ¿Â ¹æ¹ý ¶ÇÇÑ Áß±¹¿¡ »õ·Ó´Ù. ½ÇÁ¦ÀûÀÎ ÀdzíÀÌ °è¼Ó ÀÖ´Ù ±× ÈÄ¿¡ ¹ýÀº ³ª¿Â Á¦¾È¿¡ µû¶ó °³Á¤µÇ¾ú´Ù. The arrival of this law has been broadcasted – and showcased – widely so one can assume that many employees in China will be aware of their new rights.
Furthermore there are actual enforcement rules in place with hefty fines for employers that do not comply with the new law. Therefore it may be wise to review the employment relations of your Chinese enterprises before January first because who knows: the workers¡¯ paradise could just turn into lawyers¡¯ paradise.
