Give the interpreter the time and materials they need to prepare المترجم إعطاء الوقت والمواد التي يحتاجونها لأعداد
Every company and industry has its own specialized set of language, terms and even jargon. كل شركة والصناعة لديها قناعاتها المتخصصه مجموعة من اللغة ، وحتى من حيث المصطلحات. Interpreters may not necessarily be familiar with this before working with your company. المترجمون قد لا يكون بالضروره على علم قبل هذا العمل مع شركتكم. Make sure that interpreters are given a selection of printed materials in both languages that they can study prior to any event. تأكد ان المترجمين بالنظر الى مجموعة مختارة من المواد المطبوعه في كل اللغات يمكنها ان الدراسه قبل على اية حال. The more specific these materials are to the substance of your speech or discussion the better. اكثر تحديدا ، وهذه المواد هي لمضمون الخطاب الخاص بك او مناقشة افضل. Technical materials can be especially important. مواد تقنيه يمكن ان تكون ذات اهمية خاصة. Where possible, give them complete text of speeches and press announcements in advance. حيثما امكن ، واعطائهم النص الكامل للكلمات وإعلانات في الصحافة مسبقا. Even if you advise them to translate as actually delivered, the materials will help them prepare and provide the best possible translation. حتى لو كنت لهم المشوره لترجمة كما جرى تسليمها بالفعل ، فان المواد من شأنه ان يساعدهم في اعداد وتوفير افضل ما يمكن من الترجمة.

It is also a good idea to meet with interpreters for a few minutes prior to an event so they can get an idea of your accent and rhythms of speech and ask any questions they may have. كما انها فكرة جيدة ان يجتمع مع المترجمين الفوريين لبضع دقائق قبل حدثا حتى يتمكنوا من تكوين فكرة عن اللكنه الخاصة بك وإيقاعات الكلام وطرح أي اسءله لديهم.

Find two or three interpreters you like and stick with them where possible العثور على اثنين او ثلاثة من المترجمين الفوريين تريد والعصا معهم حيثما أمكن
Once an interpreter is used to your company, style and language, it will be much easier for them to prepare for subsequent events and deliver solid results. مرة مترجم يستخدم لشركتك ، والاسلوب واللغة ، وسيكون من الاسهل بكثير بالنسبة لهم استعدادا لاحداث لاحقة ، وتقديم نتائج ملموسة. Understand the differences between consecutive and simultaneous interpretation فهم الفروق بين متتالية والترجمة الفوريه
There are two kinds of interpretation, consecutive and simultaneous. هناك نوعان من التفسير ، متعاقبه ومتزامنة. Consecutive interpretation is where you say something and then wait while an interpreter nearby repeats it. التفسير متتالية حيث كنت اقول شيئا ، ثم أنتظر ، مترجم قريبة يكرر عليه. Consecutive interpretation is cheaper, more flexible and forgiving. متتالية التفسير هو ارخص ، واكثر مرونة ومتسامح. Simultaneous interpretation is generally better for large events and mixed audiences where interpretation has to go in both directions, and where time constraints make consecutive interpretation impractical. الترجمة الفوريه هو الافضل عادة لأحداث الكبيرة والمختلطه حيث الجماهير الذهاب إلى التفسير في كلا الاتجاهين ، وحيث ضيق الوقت جعل متتالية تفسير عملي. It is also the only choice when something needs to be translated into multiple languages for an audience. كما انه الخيار الوحيد عندما يحتاج الامر الى ان تترجم الى لغات متعددة للجمهور.

When dealing with consecutive interpretation, mind your pacing عند التعامل مع التفسير متتالية ، واعتبارها سرعة الخاصة بك
Enthusiastic executives sometimes forget about the interpretation and ramble on. متحمس التنفيذيين ننسى احيانا عن تفسير والنزهه علي. Stay mindful of the interpreter and keep each statement to a paragraph or a few sentences. وإذ تضع في اعتبارها البقاء المترجم وابقاء كل بيان الى الفقره او الجمل القليلة. Pacing is valuable not only for the interpreter but also for the audience. الخطوة هي قيمة ليس فقط للمترجم ولكن ايضا للجمهور. Remember that some or all of them can’t understand you. نتذكر ان بعض او كل منهم لا يستطيع ان يفهم عليك. If they have to wait too long for the interpretation their attention may begin to wander. اذا كان لديهم الى الانتظار طويلا لتفسير انتباهها قد يبدأ التجول.

There is no hard and fast rule for how often to break. لا يوجد الجاد والسريع للحكم في كثير من الاحيان الى كيفية كسر. A greeting can be interpreted after one sentence. تحية يمكن تفسيره بعد جملة واحدة. A complex chain of thought might go on for one or two minutes. سلسلة معقدة من الفكر قد تستمر لدقيقة واحدة او اثنتين. An interpreter will often require a few sentences for context in order to provide an accurate translation. مترجم كثيرا ما يتطلب بعض الاحكام لسياق من اجل تقديم ترجمة دقيقة. While pacing for translation can feel like it disrupts the flow of a speech or presentation, you can rapidly grow accustomed to it. وفي حين يمكن تحديد سرعة للترجمة أشعر أنه يعرقل تدفق كلمة أو العرض ، يمكنك أن تنمو بسرعة لانها معتاده.

It may not be a good idea to have someone from inside your company interpret قد لا يكون فكرة جيدة ان يكون شخص من داخل شركتك تفسير
Good interpreters are trained and experienced. حسن المترجمين المدربين والمتمرسين. Interpreting well requires more than simply knowing both languages; it also requires a systematic approach to note taking, capturing key points and preserving the essence of meaning in statements and idioms that may not cross cultures. تفسير جيد يتطلب اكثر من مجرد معرفة كل اللغات ؛ كما انه يتطلب نهجا منظما لاخذ الملاحظات ، واستولت على النقاط الرئيسية والحفاظ على جوهر معنى في تصريحات والتعابير التي قد لا تتقاطع الثقافات. Also, while someone from inside your company may know your terminology well, they may either forget they are interpreting (we have seen this happen) or introduce their own biases into interpretation. أيضا ، في حين أن أي شخص من داخل الشركة قد معرفتك المصطلحات جيدا ، واما انهم قد ننسى انهم تفسير (وقد رأينا هذا يحدث) أو ادخال التحيزات الخاصة بهم الى تفسير. There may be times when it makes sense to have an employee or PR consultant translate, such as in particularly sensitive or confidential situations, or in informal situations where the discussion is casual or brief. قد تكون هناك اوقات عندما فمن المنطقي ان يكون هناك موظف أو خبير استشاري ترجمة العلاقات العامة ، وخاصة مثل في حالات حساسه أو سرية ، أو في الحالات التي تكون فيها غير الرسمي هو عرضي أو مناقشة قصيرة. But most of the time a professional interpreter will be the best choice. ولكن في معظم الاوقات مترجم محترف سيكون الخيار الافضل.

Don’t be surprised if the interpretation isn’t totally exact لا تفاجا اذا كان التفسير غير الدقيق تماما
Interpretation is an inexact science, especially as it is a “live” process. هو تفسير غير دقيق العلم ، وخصوصا انها هي "العيش" عملية. An interpreter at an event, who can see facial expressions and sense the atmosphere of an event, might translate differently than someone working from a written transcript of an event. مترجم ، في حدث ، والذي يمكن ان نرى تعابير الوجه والإحساس جو حدثا ، قد تترجم بشكل مختلف من شخص يعمل من نسخة خطية من الحدث. This can be due to the demands of different languages, the need to work around cultural issues, or the fundamental limitations of the interpretation process. هذا يمكن ان يكون راجعا الى مطالب من لغات مختلفة ، والحاجة الى العمل حول القضايا الثقافيه ، او من القيود الاساسية لعملية التفسير. Warn spokespeople who may see their speeches or Q&A back-translated into English that what they are reading has been translated twice, and may not exactly reflect what they remember. تحذير spokespeople الذين قد ترى كلماتها أو سؤال وجواب الوراء - ترجم الى الانكليزيه ان ما هي عليه في القراءة قد ترجم مرتين ، وربما لا تعكس بالضبط ما تذكر.

Although interpretation is inexact, you do have the right to demand accuracy. ورغم ان هذا التفسير غير دقيق ، انك تملك الحق في المطالبة دقة. Don’t work with an interpreter who is error prone or introduces their own bias or ideas into interpretation. لا تعمل مع مترجم الذي هو عرضة للخطأ او يقدم الخاصة بهم تحيز او الافكار الى تفسير. But also do what you can to make the interpreter successful. ولكن ايضا ان تفعل ما تستطيع لتجعل المترجم الناجح.

Don’t daisy-chain interpreters لا الاقحوان - سلسلة المترجمون
People sometimes want to do this when they can’t find just the interpreter they need in China. الناس احيانا نريد ان نفعل هذا عندما لا يجدن عادل المترجم يحتاجونها في الصين. If they can’t find a Korean-to-English interpreter here, they consider using a Korean-to-Mandarin interpreter and then a Mandarin-to-English interpreter. اذا لم يتمكنوا من ايجاد الكوريه الى الانكليزيه المترجم هنا ، ويعتبرون باستخدام الكوريه إلى الأفندي مترجم وثم الأفندي - مترجم الى الانكليزيه. In this situation you’d be better off flying somebody in from Korea, or wherever. في هذه الحاله تريد ان تكون افضل حالا ترفع من شخص ما في كوريا ، او في اي مكان. It will be worth the money. وستكون قيمة النقود. Your event will be an order of magnitude less awkward and your interpretation more accurate. مناسبتكم سيكون امرا اقل من حجم المريحه وتفسيركم اكثر دقة. You ever play “telephone”? انت في اي وقت مسرحيه "الهاتف"؟

Never assume the audience doesn’t speak your language أبدا تحمل الجمهور لا يتكلم لغتك
Just because you are working with interpreters don’t assume no one in the audience speaks English. فقط لأنك تعمل مع المترجمون لا تفترض اي واحد في الجمهور الذين يتحدثون الانكليزيه. Many Chinese people, especially in professional circles, understand some English. الكثير من الشعب الصينى ، وخاصة في الأوساط المهنيه ، فهم بعض العبارات باللغه الانجليزيه. They may understand it much better than they can speak it. انهم قد يفهم انها افضل بكثير من انها تستطيع ان تتحدث اليها. Even when working with an interpreter, assume the audience understands you. وحتى عندما تعمل مع مترجم فوري ، نفترض انك تفهم الجمهور. Have a local staff member vet your English speech or presentation for cultural appropriateness beforehand, and don’t assume an interpreter will correct problems. وقد موظف محلي البيطريه الخاص بك الانجليزيه كلمة او ثقافية ملائمة لعرض مسبقا ، ولا تفترض مترجم سوف تصحيح المشاكل.

Review interpretation after an event and see what problems need to be addressed next time استعراض التفسير بعد انتهاء الحدث وانظر ما المشاكل تحتاج الى معالجة في المرة القادمة
After working with interpreters, sit down with your local staff and the interpreters as well if possible and review the delivery for any problems or pitfalls that should be addressed in future. بعد العمل مع المترجمين الفوريين ، والجلوس الخاص بك مع الموظفين المحليين ، وكذلك المترجمين الفوريين واذا امكن ايصال استعراض لأية مشاكل أو عثرات التي ينبغي التصدي لها في المستقبل. Blaming the interpreter is not an acceptable PR defense اللوم المترجم ليس مقبولا الدفاع العلاقات العامة
Unless you want to accuse your own PR staff or (gulp) agency of incompetence in the process. الا ان كنت تريد ان تتهم بنفسك العلاقات العامة او الموظفين (جرعة) وكالة من عجز في هذه العملية. A well prepared interpreter should not cause you PR problems. أ الاعداد الجيد مترجم يجب ألا تسبب لكم مشاكل العلاقات العامة. If you are dealing with sensitive information, such as financial or crisis situations, pre-event preparation should be appropriately thorough and your own Chinese-speaking staff should monitor interpretation for accuracy during the event and intervene if clarification is necessary. اذا كنت تتعامل مع معلومات حساسه ، مثل المالية او حالات الازمات ، قبل الحدث ينبغي اعداد دقيق ومناسب بنفسك الناطقه بالصينيه الموظفين ينبغي أن ترصد لتفسير دقة أثناء الحدث وتتدخل اذا كان من الضروري التوضيح.
