هو قد كان فترة بما أنّ أنا أخيرا كتب مادة على النسيج حول خبراتي في الصين. أولى لمح سريعة على لما. يمرّ سنة في شنغهاي ب جدّا سريعا. أنت تأتي هنا مع غرض, يأتي أنت هنا مع طريق من يفكّر ويعمل وأنت يضطرّ غيّرت كلّ أنّ… أولى هو حول إنطباعات أولى ويأخذ أنت الوقت أن يلائم داخل ك جديدة يعمل ويعيش بيئة. يشارك خبراتك من جزء من ك خاصّة [لرن إكسبرينس]. عقب نصف [ا] سنة أنت تشعر أكثر واثقة في يتمّ الأشياء في طريقك, صنع وفقا لطلب الزّبون إلى ظروف محلّية. عقب سنة يحقّق أنت أنّ أنت أحيانا بعد فاجأت بأشياء أنّ أنت ترى حول أنت…

غير أنّ لحسن الحظّ يشعر أنا أيضا أكثر واثقة في هدفي شخصيّة على أشياء. هذا وقت أحبّ أنا أن ركّز على على خبرة; خبرة في السوق الشّغل. أنا أتكلّم إلى شركات على أساس يوميّة أن يرى ماذا هم يكون يتمّون, كيف هم يكون يتقدّمون, ماذا السوق تطويرات يكون, ماذا تحدياتهم يكون وهكذا على… واحدة من الأشياء أنّ كلّ شركات يتلقّون في عامة التحدي أنّ هم يصفون بما أنّ "يحصل يمهر ملاكة في التنظيم ويحافظ هم".

غير أنّ. , عندما أنت في هذا سريعة يطوّر سوق مع هذا تنوع الالناس ليس هو حول يحصل يمهر الناس, هو يحصل الالناس مع ال يصحّ موقف, مهارات, معرفة وقدرات [إين.]. أحيانا هذا يستطيع كنت ترجمت داخل خبرة, غير أنّ في الصين هناك [ا لوت] من خبرة نافعة في ال [مركت بلس]. Realizing that it is easier to learn new habits than to change existing one’s it might be much better to get people without experience in than with… As an organization it becomes than key to facilitate these people so they can develop the right experiences in your organization and can still be productive in the here and now.

About 8 years ago I was working in an Internet start up company in Holland what was setup by an insurance company to sell insurance products online. With my 29 years I was than one of the oldest in the company witch had an average age of 25. The developments in the Internet industry where going so fast that there was no such thing as people with experience around, so we where only people with a fresh mindset, lots of creativity, an eagerness to make a change. If you look into the IT industry worldwide you can see that this is a segment where they have been able to adapt to fast changing environments. Other industries have found it hard to learn from how the IT has been effective with using the right people for the right job.

Even in Europe sometimes we say “change have gone too fast for him, he doesn’t understand it anymore”. China is changing much more rapidly…
